This way, we can create a personalized cleaning plan that fits you perfectly — no guessing, no surprises.
This type of cleaning focuses on giving special attention to places with dust and dirt buildup:

DEEP CLEAN
Every new client begins with a deep clean — even if you’ve used cleaning services before.

That’s because we often find buildup in areas most cleaners don't do in a regular cleaning — like baseboards, blinds, and walls. Our deep clean brings your home up to our standard, so we have a solid foundation to maintain going forward.
Some clients want a full-house deep clean right away, while others prefer to split things up into 2 or more smaller deep cleanings. We charge per hour — $55/h per team member. Our minimum appointment is $345 + GST (6 hours).

After that, we return for your first maintenance clean, which will most likely cost you less than your initial deep clean. We will give you an estimate of how long we believe it will take us to maintain your home regularly. It takes time to do a good job, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our cleaning services!​


MAINTENANCE CLEAN
Not your typical regular cleaning. Most cleaning companies treat tasks like baseboards, blinds, and walls as "extras" — things they do only once in a while.

At Aleksandra Cleaning, those details are part of our regular maintenance cleanings. Whether you book us weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, you can expect a deeper level of care every time.

Here's what that means:

We lift and clean under decor, we don't just dust around it

We dust and wipe baseboards, windowsills, and door frames every visit

We clean floor & ceiling vents and fans, and other commonly overlooked areas

That being said, we also understand that every home — and every client — is different. Not everyone needs the exact same tasks done every time. That’s why we take the time to work with you and create a personalized plan that fits your home, your preferences, and your schedule. Our goal is to make sure your space feels consistently cared for, in a way that works best for you.​

To give you an idea, our regular clients spend anywhere between $235 to $565 and up for their regular cleaning appointments.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT
We know moving can be stressful! Between packing, paperwork, and settling into a new routine, cleaning should be the last thing on your mind. Whether you’re moving into a new home or are looking to sell your house, let us help you prepare for a new and exciting chapter of your life!

Move-in/move-out cleans are more detailed and labour-intensive than regular cleanings, which is why they are priced differently. Our hourly rate is $60/h per team member, and our minimum is $495 + GST. The length of your cleaning truly depends on the condition of the property.
From our experience, most of our move-in/move-out cleanings are at least around $550 + GST and up.
