That’s why we don’t offer online or over-the-phone quotes. Square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms only tell part of the story. There are so many other factors that affect how much your cleaning costs: your lifestyle, how much you tidy or clean on your own, how much foot traffic your home gets, interior design choices, and more.

To give you an accurate estimate, we always do a free in-person walkthrough before you book your cleaning. This allows us to see your space firsthand, understand what your home needs, and discuss your specific expectations, preferences, and priorities.​

Why we start with a deep clean
Every new client begins with a deep clean — even if you’ve used cleaning services before.

That’s because we often find buildup in areas most cleaners don't do in a regular cleaning — like baseboards, blinds, and walls. Our deep clean brings your home up to our standard, so we have a solid foundation to maintain going forward. Some clients want a full-house deep clean right away, while others prefer to split things up into 2 or more deep cleanings.

After that, we return for your first maintenance clean and tailor your schedule and pricing based on your home’s needs. It’s how we ensure nothing is missed — and everything stays consistently clean.
